Membership & Treatment Plan Disclaimer All treatment plans and memberships require a minimum commitment period of 6 months unless otherwise agreed in writing. Monthly payments must be maintained for the duration of the agreed term. Early cancellation before the minimum term is completed will require the remaining balance to be paid in full. The £225 set up fee (where applicable) is non-refundable. A minimum of 30 days written notice is required to cancel or amend any ongoing plan after the minimum term has been fulfilled. Missed payments may result in suspension of treatment until the account is brought up to date. Venom Beauty UK reserves the right to amend pricing with 30 days notice.

VENOM BEAUTY MEMBERSHIP POLICY
To ensure fairness and smooth service for all members, please read carefully:
What’s Covered
Your membership includes the chosen subscription treatment and ONE complimentary add-on per visit.
Additional areas or advanced procedures may incur extra charges.
Monthly Payments
Payments are made via direct debit.
Missed payments will pause your membership until resolved.
Appointments & Cancellations
48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule.
Appointments cancelled within 24 hours incur a £25 fee.
Missed appointments with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in a lost session.
Memberships are non-transferable.
Treatment Schedule
Treatments are provided monthly (or as agreed).
Missed sessions roll into the next cycle and cannot be backdated.
Medical Suitability
Suitability is assessed at each appointment.
If treatment cannot proceed, alternative options will be discussed.
A face-to-face consultation with our in-house prescriber is required where applicable.
