Appointments & Booking Policy – Venom Beauty
 
 
At Venom Beauty, we operate a strict booking policy to ensure fairness, efficiency and the highest standard of service for all clients.
 
 
 
Cancellations, Rescheduling & No Shows
 
 
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for any cancellations or rescheduling.
 

• Failure to provide at least 24 hours’ notice will result in the full appointment fee being charged

• Your saved card details will be charged automatically

• By confirming your booking, you agree to these terms

 
 
Failure to pay outstanding fees will result in restriction from all future bookings
 
 
  
Late Arrivals
 
 

• Please arrive on time or up to 5 minutes early

• Clients arriving more than 25 minutes late will have their appointment automatically cancelled

• The full appointment fee will still be charged

 
 
No exceptions apply
 
 
Lash Infills Policy
 
 

• A minimum of 45% of lashes must remain for infill appointments

• If less than 45% remains, you will be charged for a full set

• Lashes over 3 weeks old may also be charged as a full set

 
 
 
Children Policy
 
 
For safety, insurance and hygiene reasons:
No children are permitted at aesthetics appointments
 
 
 

Appointment Preparation
 
 
To ensure the best possible results, please:
 

• Arrive without makeup

• Avoid alcohol and caffeine for 24 hours prior to your appointment

• Complete all consultation and medical forms in advance

 
 
Failure to follow preparation guidelines may affect your results and treatment suitability.
